Erik Rosen

Erik Rosen (Higher Law Degree, MSc in Business and Certified European Financial Analyst) is Head of NOVA’s M&A practice group and has a broad knowledge within business law combined with an operational track-record as CEO with technology companies. His practice is primarily in transaction (M&A) and contract law, with a particular focus on technology driven companies.  Erik has extensive experience in negotiations and drafting of agreements. Other special areas of expertise include intellectual property law and customer-based funding structures.

Erik Rosen is praised by clients for his combined understanding of law, finance and business models, using law and agreements to effectively fence the value creation with NOVA’s clients.
